What to Expect

The Return is a six-night experience designed to bring balance back to your body and nervous system.

Each day blends intentional movement, recovery, connection, and space — structured enough to feel grounding, but open enough to truly exhale.

You may arrive as strangers, but the week is designed to foster real connection — shared dinners, honest conversations, and the kind of energy that feels different when you leave.

Day 1 - Arrival

Arrive and settle in.

Gather in the evening for a welcome dinner — the first moment of connection.

Day 2 — Strength

Morning mat Pilates sets the tone.

Afternoon reformer builds structure and strength.

Dinner together deepens connection.

Day 3 — Recovery

Mat Pilates in the morning

Followed by sauna and ice bath.

Shared lunch and massage appointments begin.

The evening is yours.

Day 4 — Space

A lighter, unstructured day.


Explore, rest by the pool, journal, or exhale.


Guided breathwork in the afternoon. The evening is yours.

Day 5 — Depth

Morning reformer session. Shared lunch.


Massage appointments throughout the day.


Dinner together in the evening.

Day 6 — Integration

Final reformer session.


Sound bath or meditation to integrate the week.


Closing dinner and reflection.

Day 7 — Departure

Light mat Pilates to move and ground before travel.


Breakfast and farewells.
