The Return is designed for women who live full, high-responsibility lives and are ready for space. You don’t need to be “burnt out” to come — you just need to want strength, balance, connection, and a reset.

Who is The Return for?
Do I need to be advanced at Pilates?
No. Sessions are designed to be strong yet accessible. Options and progressions are always offered so you can move at your level.

Is this a serious, structured retreat?
It’s structured with intention — but never rigid. The week is designed to feel balanced, elevated, and spacious. There is movement, but there is also time to rest, explore, and connect.

What are the benefits of Pilates?
Pilates builds deep core strength, improves posture, supports injury prevention, and enhances body awareness. Across the week, sessions are designed to help you feel stronger, more aligned, and more connected to your body — not depleted.

Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many women do. The retreat is intentionally intimate (around guests), making connection feel natural and comfortable from the moment you arrive.

• Six nights luxury accommodation
• Daily movement sessions (mat & reformer)
• Recovery session (sauna & ice bath)
• Two massage treatments

• International flights
• Travel insurance (required)
• Personal expenses and additional meals outside those listed
• Optional actives during free time
During open afternoons, you’re free to explore Canggu, book additional treatments, shop, or simply relax.

What are the room options?
Both shared and private room options will be available. Due to the intimate group size, spaces are limited.

How much does it cost?
Pricing will begin from approximately $2,900 AUD (shared room) and $3,400 AUD (private room). Final pricing and room details will be released to early access guests first. Payment plans will be offered.

What is the cancellation policy?
Full terms and conditions will be provided prior to booking. Due to the intimate nature of the retreat, deposits are non-refundable.
